Assistant Manager

Dawa Restaurant is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our seafood and fine-dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and supervising the service team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain fine-dining standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Support sales targets, upselling, and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in fine dining is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and sales targets.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
