PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description

Payroll Processing

  • Collect, verify, and input attendance records, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Process monthly payroll for permanent, contract, and outsourced employees.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Zakat, and other statutory deductions.
  • Prepare and verify payslips for distribution.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure payroll compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Income Tax Act, EPF Act, and SOCSO Act.

Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and staff information (bank details, tax files, personal data).
  • Update changes such as new joiners, resignations, promotions, and transfers in the payroll system.

Reporting \& Reconciliation

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries for Finance Department, and management.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and liaise with Finance on disbursement.

Internal Communication

  • Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance for cross-departmental coordination.

Other Duties

  • Assist in annual audits and statutory inspections related to payroll.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades or automation initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company payroll data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
