Tenei turanga - About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable PA/Team Administrator to provide trusted, professional support within our Science System Investment and Performance (SSIP) branch. This role will suit someone who brings sound judgement, strong organisational capability, and the confidence to manage competing demands with minimal direction.
You'll work closely with managers and teams to coordinate workflows, maintain high standards of accuracy, anticipate needs, and keep priorities moving while also contributing ideas that improve systems, processes, and ways of working. This is a hands on, administrative role for someone who enjoys being across the detail while also seeing the bigger picture.
