The Role

We are looking for a Social Media \& Content Manager to drive the growth of our brand presence across Eurostaffs and YouTube.

This role combines content strategy, social media management, personal branding, and video content development. You will be responsible for creating and executing content initiatives that strengthen our company's positioning, increase audience engagement, and generate awareness among our target audience

You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Growth Marketing Manager while taking ownership of content planning, content creation, channel growth, and performance measurement.

Occasionally you will travel to Białystok for on-location filming sessions and content creation — so proximity to Białystok matters.

What You'll Do

• Write and edit Eurostaffs posts for 3 profiles ( \~3 - 6 posts per week total)
• Script, coordinate, and publish YouTube videos (\~1 per 2 weeks) and Shorts (3 per week)
• Manage publishing cadence and scheduling across all channels
• Monitor performance and report on growth metrics weekly
• Repurpose long-form content (videos, articles) into social-ready formats
• Coordinate content creation when on-site in Białystok

How We'll Measure Success

• Eurostaffs profile follower growth — all three accounts
• Eurostaffs organic reach and engagement rate — post level
• YouTube subscribers growth
• YouTube video views and Shorts views

What We're Looking For?

Must have:

• Proven B2B content experience — agency, SaaS, dev tools, or consulting
• Eurostaffs-native: you understand personal brand building, not just corporate page management
• Strong portfolio with specific examples — actual posts, actual numbers, actual accounts you managed
• Basic video editing skills for Shorts repurposing
• Living in Białystok or with easy access to travel there for filming

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with developer tools, Next.js ecosystem, or headless CMS
• Experience ghostwriting for CTOs or technical founders
• YouTube channel management experience
• Basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube

Practicalities

• B2B contract
• Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours/week)
• Compensation: 4,000–6,000 PLN/month depending on experience and portfolio
• Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to Białystok for filming
