Standards in Scope
We are particularly looking for professionals with expertise in one or more of the following:
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ISO training, awareness sessions, tutoring, and internal / lead auditor course support.
* Deliver training through classroom, client-site, or virtual/online sessions.
* Explain technical ISO concepts clearly and practically to participants from different industries and experience levels.
* Conduct participant assessments, exercises, Q\&A sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
* Adapt training examples, case studies, and materials according to client industry and requirements.
* Support training documentation, attendance records, feedback, and competency records.
* Maintain professional standards and comply with relevant accreditation, awarding-body, and client requirements.
* Represent the company professionally during client assignments.
* Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with applicable data protection requirements.
* Provide accurate availability and honour confirmed assignments.
Requirements
* Recognised Lead Auditor certification relevant to the standard(s) you deliver.
* Registration with a recognised scheme such as CQI-IRCA or Exemplar Global is highly preferred where applicable.
* For FSMS candidates, relevant ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor credentials are preferred.
* Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in auditing, consulting, implementation, or management systems.
* Demonstrable experience delivering ISO training, tutoring, or auditor courses.
* Strong knowledge of the current version of the standard(s) claimed.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Malaysia for local-market delivery.
* HRD Corp TTT / trainer accreditation in Malaysia or BNSP trainer/assessor certification in Indonesia is an advantage.
* Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and adult-learning skills.
* Willingness to travel for assignments where required.
* Legally eligible to provide professional services in the country of assignment.
