Part-Time Subject Tutor – Math & English

Your contributions will encompass:

• Effectively delivering lesson plans using the Eye Level methodology.
• Maintain frequent, meaningful engagement with students.
• Respond to student inquiries with clarity and patience.
• Adapting teaching strategies based on students' progress and learning needs.
• Provide timely, appropriate, and actionable feedback.
• Encourage persistence and a growth mindset by allowing multiple attempts and solutions.
• Communicate consistently with students and colleagues about progress and support needed.

Must be available to teach at least 8 hours per week during our operating hours:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3 PM to 8 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM to 3 PM

Qualifications

• Able to connect with students with empathy, patience, and a warm, friendly personality.
• Skilled in working with students from diverse cultural, economic, and ability backgrounds.
• Willing to challenge yourself and grow continually as an educator.
• Able to coach and manage multiple students efficiently while giving each child sufficient support.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Mathematics.

Here is our hourly wage for part-time teachers:
1. RM10 per hour during the training period (one to two month)
2. RM12 per hour upon confirmation after training

Wages may be adjusted based on your performance and experience.
