Part-Time Barista (Weekdays | Flexible Hours)

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a great café experience to join our team.

• Part-Time (PT): Flexible weekday shifts (including Saturdays, subject to roster)
• Salary: SGD 11.00 – 15.00/hour

At Three Blind Pigs, we bring a playful twist to dining with a speakeasy vibe, serving American and Mexican-inspired dishes alongside creative cocktails. We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with customers and take pride in preparing quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations
• Assist with replenishing ingredients and stock levels
• Handle customer enquiries regarding beverages and menu items
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience
• Familiarity with espresso-based beverages and basic latte art is preferred
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work shifts based on operational needs
