Part-Time Real Estate Content Creator

Do you enjoy creating videos for social media? Are you the type of person who notices great camera angles, enjoys editing videos, and understands what makes people stop scrolling?

We're looking for a dependable, creative teammate to help capture and produce content for our real estate team.

You'll spend part of your week touring homes, filming beautiful properties, visiting local neighborhoods, and capturing educational real estate content with our agents. The rest of your time will be spent editing that footage into polished videos ready for social media.

This is a flexible, part-time position (approximately 8-12 hours per week) that's ideal for an aspiring videographer, content creator, or anyone looking to build their portfolio while earning extra income.

What You'll Do

• Meet with our agents at listings, open houses, neighborhoods, and other locations to film content.
• Capture property walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes footage, educational videos, social media content, and occasional photography.
• Edit videos into polished, ready-to-post content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
• Create engaging thumbnails and basic captions when appropriate.
• Organize and manage video files.
• Deliver finished content by agreed-upon deadlines.

We'll plan the topics, properties, and filming schedule together. Your focus is capturing great footage and turning it into polished, engaging content.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Comfortable using a phone or camera to capture high-quality video.
• Experienced with video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Creative with a good eye for storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excited to learn and continue improving.

Experience in real estate isn't required.

Schedule

• Approximately 8-12 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule.
• Filming will primarily take place during weekday business hours, so daytime availability is important.
• Editing can be completed on your own schedule as long as agreed-upon deadlines are met.

Pay

$20-30 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio.
