Part-time Barista

butter tgt is a cafe located in Maxwell, offering brunch, mains, bakes and specialty coffee. We are looking for team players to work alongside our small and cosy team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, set and clear tables when necessary
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary
• Prepare espresso based drinks, pourovers and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes
• Heating up bakes, serving food and drinks
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
• On the job training provided

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
