We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, establish and strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence within their assigned territory. What you will do...
- Increase sales revenue
- Establish new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to commercial jobsites
- Evaluate customers’ needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Skills
- Previous outside sales experience within the construction industry is a must
- Proficient with computers
- Exceptional organizations skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with 5+ years of outside sales experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
- A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
