Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, establish and strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence within their assigned territory. Competitive pay depending on experience.

What you will do...

  • Increase sales revenue
  • Establish new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to commercial jobsites
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Skills

  • Previous outside sales experience within the construction industry is a must
  • Proficient with computers
  • Exceptional organizations skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with 5+ years of outside sales experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
  • A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
  • Background check
  • Drug test
