Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect who can lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Unifier-based solutions for capital project management. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Unifier Configurations, Integrations, BP Design (U-Designer), Shells, and Cost/Project Controls, along with strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture \& Design

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectural solutions, workflows, and module configurations.
• Design Unifier Business Processes (BPs), Shells, dashboards, and data structures.

Implementation \& Delivery

• Oversee full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure alignment of Unifier modules with industry best practices for capital projects, cost control, contracts, schedule and document management.
• Lead integration workstreams involving Unifier, Primavera P6, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.

Technical Expertise

• Configure complex BPs using U-Designer (Workflow, Cost, Line Item, Document type BPs, etc.).
• Create advanced reports, logs, and dashboards for various stakeholder groups.
• Work with APIs, Web Services, and data exchange frameworks for integrations.

Stakeholder \& Team Leadership

• Engage with senior stakeholders, business teams, consultants, and PMO to drive solution decisions.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams.
• Conduct workshops, demos, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Governance \& Quality Assurance

• Define architectural standards, documentation, and technical guidelines.
• Conduct impact assessments and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure overall platform performance and stability.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation and architecture.
• Expertise in BP design (U-Designer), Shells, Permissions, Configurations, Cost/Project Control modules.
• Strong understanding of Project Controls, including cost, contract, change management, schedule integration, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Integrations using Web Services, APIs, FMW/OIC, or middleware tools.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 (functional or integration).
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to validate data.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Oracle Primavera Unifier certification.
• Experience in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities, or Capital Project industries.
• Prior experience working with Aconex, e-Builder, Procore, or other PMIS tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Experience in EBS/Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in large implementations.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
