Job Description:
The Solution Specialist, IAM is the enterprise authority for Identity and Access Management (IAM), responsible for architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable identity solutions. This role partners closely with IT, Security, and business leaders to enable digital transformation, improve access governance, and ensure identity services align with enterprise strategy, risk, and compliance requirements.

The target hiring range for this position is $94,660.80 to $118,352.00 with a maximum of $142,022.40. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
