Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Taraji Store Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online retail business, ensuring that our high standards of customer service, product quality, and efficiency are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement
• Manage and optimize logistics, supply chain, and inventory management processes
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business objectives
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (e.g. MBA, MSc in Operations Management)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through operational excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management systems

Pay: $45.09 – $70.33 per hour
