Operation Excellence Team Lead

This is an individual contribution role. Drive overall operation excellence agenda for Taiwan warehousing operations through process improvement, data analytics, deploying CI methodology and engaging key operation teams and fuctions. In charge of CVTW ERP and coordinating with cross functional team/3PL.

• experience in receiving, customs coordination, or 3PL management preferred
• Familiar with WMS, SAP, and basic Excel reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, both internally and with external vendors.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking under time constraints
• Requires 3 years of related experience in warehouse activities
• College or above

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Operation & System Maintenance

• Maintain and update system records for SKU master data, lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage bin assignments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in real-time during warehouse operations.

1. Information Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Planner to ensure incoming shipment schedules and item details are properly registered.

• Act as the main contact point with the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partner to ensure data and process alignment.

3 . Inventory Synchronization Between In-house ERP and 3PL Warehouses

• Reconcile inventory records between internal ERP and 3PL systems on a daily basis.

• Support inventory visibility and accuracy across all warehouse locations.

1. Reporting & Data Support

• Generate daily reports on inbound/outbound activities, inventory status, and order fulfillment for internal tracking.

• Provide system data extracts and insights to the Logistics Manager and related teams for operational analysis.

• Cross check daily outbound operation number match with SAP order

• CI(Continuedly Improvement )- Under WH process improvement and chargeable cost saving improvement.

• Project handling

• WH extension project-layout,space,storage…etc

• ERP System Testing & Global IT Collaboration

• Serve as the local liaison with Global IT on ERP system configurations, user access rights, and change requests.

1. All activity related EHS and action

• Plan yearly EHS activity for Zhung Ho WH.

• Internal payment handling
