JOB ROLE: Onsite Technical Coordinator
An experienced onsite technical coordinator to act as the primary liaison between the client and the offshore software development team. The role requires an individual with strong stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background to ensure successful project delivery.
Key roles and responsibilities
Client Engagement \& Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the software development team.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk communications.
Technical Coordination
Work closely with architects and leads to ensure smooth project execution.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Clarify technical queries between client teams and offshore developers.
- Support solution validation and user acceptance testing.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Good understanding of modern web and enterprise application architectures.
- Ability to understand APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
- Ability to read and understand technical designs and solution architecture.
- Working knowledge of WordPress CMS, including website administration, theme and plugin management, content updates, user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with development teams for custom WordPress implementations and integrations.
