ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

ITIL Foundation Certification

Experience: 10+ Years \| Enterprise ServiceNow Implementation \& Transformation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance

Lead design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD solutions.

Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and best-practice guidance.

Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.

Skill Requirements

Strong ServiceNow Architecture \& Solution Design experience.

Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JavaScript.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Software Architect (Csa) Or Similar Are Optional But Valuable.
