Online Assistant / Online Shopper (Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Organised with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and walking
• Confident driving and holds a full and clean New Zealand driver’s licence
• Experienced in retail/supermarket (preferred)

Key responsibilities:

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting with online deliveries and customer collections
• Maintaining high standards with fresh and perishable products
• Supporting the team during busy trading periods

Duty Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A strong leader with good communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Able to support and motivate a team
• Experienced in retail/supermarket (preferred)
• Holds LCQ \& Duty Manager Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting daily store operations
• Supervising staff and maintaining store standards
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Handling cash, security, and closing duties
