Duties

• Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision
• Support the installation of fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and appliances
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications
• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, protecting existing structures, and organizing materials
• Conduct basic inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members on demolition, restoration, masonry, roofing, stucco application, and concrete finishing projects

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites and remodeling projects preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is a plus
• Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, or welding is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively in a team environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
