Simotas Food Distributors currently located in Seven hills- We are a Growing Food Distribution business servicing the restaurant, patisserie, bakery and manufacturing industries in Sydney. We strive to do what we can for our customers we are looking for someone that will fit our young and dynamic culture.

The Role

The position consists of the following tasks, Processing of orders, Customer service, Data Entry, inventory management and general office administration tasks. The role will have many opportunities for growth and an energetic individual who can demonstrate good abilities will see this. The role involves learning the software and product range which the company offers and allows the right candidate to learn of Sydney’s exciting food industry.

Tasks \& Responsibilities

• Predominantly order processing and entry in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Call out service to customer
• Updating of customer database
• Inventory price rises for customers
• Working hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm \& 830am to 430pm Friday
• Assisting in the management of QA related tasks.
• Coordinating pricing with customers

Skills \& Experience

• Understanding of sales order processing, invoicing
• Reliable team player
• Personable and friendly manner
• Confident phone skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
