Job Description

Position: Office Administrator
Location: Petaling Jaya
Industry: Data Center Business
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems, records, and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee records maintenance.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, claims, and payment documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties for office-related matters.
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained and arrange servicing when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in handling basic accounting, procurement, or HR administrative tasks is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
