About The Role

As a National Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management and growth of national accounts within our Menu Partners division. You will work closely with senior account managers, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships, coordinate project timelines, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

As a National Account Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of projects related to The Menu Partners initiative, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges, ensuring their requirements are effectively met.
• Data Management \& Reporting: Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and provide analysis to senior management on account performance and project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including transport and operations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working collaboratively to resolve them in a timely manner.

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and has a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in account coordination, project management, or a related role (ideally within the foodservice, hospitality, or retail sectors).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
