Nanny/Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, loving care for children. Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children or individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the day
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs, including meal planning and cooking as necessary
• Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene practices to promote independence
• Engage children or individuals in educational activities, teaching basic skills, games, or therapeutic exercises to support development
• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized living environment
• Support mobility and activities for individuals with disabilities, including assisting with exercises or using adaptive equipment
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily progress, challenges, and milestones

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and adaptability
• Ability to cook healthy meals and perform meal preparation tasks efficiently
• Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach toward emotional and physical needs
• Experience in teaching or guiding children through developmental activities or educational exercises
• Knowledge of cleaning routines to maintain a hygienic living space
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with families and healthcare providers when needed
• Certification in caregiving or first aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
