Job Responsibilities
Depending on the trade, candidates will be responsible for:
- Execute assigned work according to approved drawings and company quality standards.
- Carry out installation, repair, maintenance, or finishing works safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic drawings and site instructions (for skilled trades).
- Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work on schedule.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the relevant trade (preferred).
- Experience in villa, apartment, or commercial fit-out and renovation projects.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Trade-Specific SkillsElectricians
- Electrical first fix and second fix.
- DB dressing and cable termination.
- Lighting, power, switches, sockets, and testing.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
Gypsum Carpenters
- Gypsum ceilings and partitions.
- Bulkheads, niches, decorative ceilings, and curved designs.
- Experience with metal framing and finishing.
Spray Painters
- Spray application on wood, MDF, metal, and decorative finishes.
- Surface preparation, sanding, priming, and finishing.
- Experience with PU, NC, and water-based finishes is preferred.
Painters
- Wall preparation, putty, sanding, primer, and final paint.
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
Plumbers
- Water supply and drainage installation.
- Bathroom and kitchen fittings.
- Pressure testing and leak rectification.
- First fix and second fix plumbing works.
Masons
- Block work.
