مطلوب مراقب موقع إنشاءات وتشطيبات

للعمل في مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في المدن التالية:
الرياض – الدمام – جدة – جيزان

الشروط:

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات داخل السعودية في أعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات.
• خبرة في متابعة أعمال الحفر، الردم، النجارة، الحدادة، صب الخرسانة، المباني، اللياسة، الدهانات، البلاط، الرخام، الجبس بورد، الأسقف، الأبواب، النوافذ، والواجهات.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الإنشائية والمعمارية والتنفيذية وفهم تفاصيل الموقع.
• متابعة العمالة والمقاولين والتأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال طبقًا للمخططات والمواصفات وتوجيهات مهندس الموقع.
• يشترط امتلاك شخصية قوية والقدرة على إدارة وتوجيه العمال والمقاولين بالموقع، وضبط سير العمل والانضباط والإنتاجية.
• القدرة على استلام الأعمال، مراجعة الجودة، المناسيب، المقاسات، التشطيبات النهائية، ومعالجة الملاحظات.
• متابعة المواد بالموقع والتأكد من الاستخدام الصحيح وتقليل الهدر.
• إعداد تقارير يومية عن الأعمال المنفذة ونسب الإنجاز والملاحظات.
• يشترط الانضباط، تحمل ضغط العمل، وسرعة حل مشاكل الموقع.

الراتب: يحدد بعد المقابلة حسب الخبرة والكفاءة.

Construction \& Finishing Site Supervisor Required

To work on projects inside Saudi Arabia in the following cities:
Riyadh – Dammam – Jeddah – Jazan

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience inside Saudi Arabia in construction and finishing works.
• Experience in supervising excavation, backfilling, formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete casting, masonry, plastering, painting, tiles, marble, gypsum board, ceilings, doors, windows, and facades.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and shop drawings and understand site details.
• Ability to follow up manpower and subcontractors and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and site engineer instructions.
• Must have a strong personality with the ability to manage and direct workers and subcontractors on site, control workflow, discipline, and productivity.
• Ability to inspect works, check quality, levels, dimensions, final finishing, and close site comments.
• Follow up site materials, ensure proper usage, and reduce wastage.
• Prepare daily reports for completed works, progress percentages, and site observations.
• Must be disciplined, able to work under pressure, and capable of solving site issues quickly.
