The opportunity

Racecourse Motors Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Randwick, NSW. As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of motorcycles for our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and inspections on motorcycles to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and brake adjustments
• Repair and replace motorcycle components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about the status of their vehicles
• Adhere to workshop safety protocols and ensure a clean, organised work environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or a related Automotive Trades field
• Minimum of 12 Months of hands-on experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
• A passion for motorcycles and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
