MEP Sales Engineer - Air Conditioning- HVAC/AC
Location: KSA - Dammam
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of KSA/GCC experience in HVAC/AC Project Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems.
- Proven experience in project sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Experience working with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
- Experience with reputed HVAC/AC brands will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of KSA market, project sales cycle, and tendering process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and related MEP solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Manage project sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and upcoming project opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience in Project sales of AC equipment’s in the KSA/GCC.
- Familiarity with codes and standards for AC Equipment’s / MEP installations.
- Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
