Advanced Medical Esthetician with Sales Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Treatment Delivery: Perform chemical peels, medical facials, and laser treatments with the utmost safety, comfort, and hygiene.
• Client Assessment: Evaluate skin conditions and tailor treatments to address client concerns effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and update profiles post-treatment.
• Sales Proficiency: Demonstrate strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and a knack for selling skincare products.
• Sales Targets: Show motivation and drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commissions.
• Client Education: Provide comprehensive information on cosmetic treatments and skincare products, including pre and post-procedure care and treatment frequency.
• Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
• Safety \& Maintenance: Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and manage accidents or incidents efficiently.

Additional Experience and Skills:

• Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to meet commission targets.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
