MEP Procurement Engineer

• Procurement Planning — Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Material Sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and source compliant MEP materials from approved and alternative suppliers.
• RFQ/RFP Management — Prepare and float RFQs with complete technical details, drawings, and quantities.
• Technical \& Commercial Evaluation — Analyze quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and coordinate technical clarifications.
• Negotiation \& Finalization — Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties to achieve cost savings.
• Purchase Order Execution — Prepare, issue, and track POs ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Vendor Management — Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance for quality and delivery.
• Logistics \& Delivery Coordination — Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Technical Compliance — Ensure all materials meet project specs and authority requirements (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence).
• Reporting \& Documentation

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
