Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project requirements
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting layouts
• Work closely with engineers and BIM team for design accuracy
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Support coordination and documentation for project delivery

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
