Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings based on design and BIM models
• Draft HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting layouts as per project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers and BIM modelers for design accuracy
• Revise drawings based on client and consultant feedback
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and specifications
• Assist in coordination and documentation for project delivery

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
