Reports are prepared at consultant level to support trusted clinical decision-making and strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Medstar focuses on combining modern imaging technology with reliable medical support to serve both patients and referring clinicians in Bahrain.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in , Bahrain & GCC. The Medical Sales Representative will promote the center’s diagnostic imaging services to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, building strong relationships and increasing referrals. Daily activities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and providing timely information on service capabilities and appointment processes. The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth experience for referring partners and patients, handling inquiries, and resolving service-related concerns. The Medical Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, participate in local outreach or events, and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales experience, including relationship-building with healthcare providers and familiarity with diagnostic imaging or related services.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective negotiation with diverse medical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand clinical needs and accurately communicate diagnostic offerings.
• Relevant academic background in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software, CRM tools, and report preparation is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic services sales in Bahrain or the region is an advantage.
