Key Responsibilities :
Greet clients, conduct consultations, and assess their massage needs and preferences. Provide a range of massage modalities (e.g. Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, etc.) tailored to client requirements.
Address areas of concern such as tension, pain, stress, or injury.
Use proper massage tools and oils; maintain inventory of supplies.
Provide excellent customer service: create a soothing, welcoming environment.
Educate clients in aftercare, stretches, relaxation techniques.
Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
Certified/licensed in massage therapy (or equivalent qualifications).
Proven experience working as a massage therapist (ideally 3 years.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina—able to perform massage sessions throughout the day.
Professional, friendly, punctual, and client‑focused.
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends, if required.
