Female Fitness Trainer

I Train Gym Premium is a top-rated, premier fitness facility in Al Ain. Known for our world-class amenities and exceptional community, we feature a fully dedicated, private full-time Ladies Section. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and certified Female Fitness Trainer to join our team, lead our community of women, and deliver premium coaching and group fitness experiences.

Job Description \& Responsibilities:

• Ladies Section Coaching: Provide exceptional floor management, expert workout advice, and exercise corrections specifically within our private ladies-only section.
• Personal Training: Conduct personalized, result-oriented one-on-one training sessions tailored to women’s health, body transformations, and strength goals.
• Group Fitness Support: Motivate members and bring high energy to group fitness classes or specialized programs.
• Client Management \& Retention: Build empowering, lasting relationships with members to keep them motivated, accountable, and tracking toward their targets.
• Safety \& Environment: Maintain a welcoming, safe, hygienic, and highly organized gym floor.

Requirements \& Qualifications:

• Certification: Valid Personal Training Certification (e.g., REPs UAE or equivalent)
• Experience: Proven experience working as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, ideally in a commercial gym or specialized ladies' facility.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, high emotional intelligence, and a deep passion for women’s health and fitness.
• Availability: Flexible to work scheduled shifts (including mornings or evenings).
