Marketing Manager (Spa)

Izzah MediSpa HQ or also known as Izzah Ffa Enterprise is a premium wellness and aesthetics clinic devoted to enhancing natural beauty through customized, science-backed treatments. Our holistic approach blends advanced skincare technology with personalized care. A Spa Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, revenue, and client engagement for wellness services. They manage digital campaigns, social media, content creation, and promotional events while collaborating with sales teams to maximize ROI. Key responsibilities include creating 12-month promotion calendars, analyzing market trends, and managing the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy \& Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans aligned with revenue goals, including promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Digital \& Social Media: Lead digital initiatives, including Meta Ads, email marketing, and website optimization to boost engagement.
• Content \& Promotion: Create marketing literature (brochures, press releases) and manage social media content.
• Brand \& Public Relations: Maintain brand consistency across all channels, manage PR activities, and cultivate partnerships to increase awareness.
• Analysis \& Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics to monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with spa, sales, and retail teams to support in-house promotions and member engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and content management systems.
• Creativity: Strong copywriting, design, or content creation skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
