JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for overseeing the organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives. They oversee the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence, brand power and help it find a “voice” that will reinforce “Inspiring wellness on purpose”. They lead and inspire creativity and enthusiasm in others.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for development and management of the marketing budget, social media platform and content, website maintenance and content curation. They will be responsible for producing online content, flyers, email blasts and social media ads design, in house lead pages and graphics. They will respond to online enquiries and coordinate appropriate responses.
The Marketing Manager must strive to support JPHF vision, values and goals, promote store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Work with the General Manager to create annual business plan and strategy; goals, objectives, budgets, and wins.
Identify and build consensus on KSIs for all programs; monitor and analyze performance results and make appropriate recommendations for future programs.
Mine customer insights, sales and data to translate into breakthrough program and communication strategies that create awareness of the company’s business activities.
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently along side in house nutritionist.
Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s social media platforms, website management and SEO.
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
Lead Advertising projects including flyers and booking vendors into our flyer program.
Lead the development of the business plan for the Marketing department; set goals, objectives and budget for presentation to GM.
Prepare and execute paid advertising ( Meta, Google )
Responding to customer inquires on social platforms and website.
Effective collaborative liaison with other departments as necessary to support all departmental plans and the overall success of JPHF.
Attendance at Department Head meetings
Communicate program objectives, elements, key dates \& results to multiple stakeholder groups.
Complete approved professional development initiatives.
Other projects, as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience Marketing Management
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager for 1 year or more.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
High proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads/Meta Ads campaign.
Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Forward thinking on consumer trends, marketplace dynamics, marketing communications, and digital media
Proficient in Photo/video editing
Experience with Email/CRM ( i.e. Constant Contact )
Graphic design experience ( Canva/Adobe )
Ability to interpret research data, trends and insights, etc.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Pay: $45,760.00-$55,120.00 per year
