Kassoe Housing provides high-quality, flexible housing solutions for companies and organisations that need accommodation for their employees.

As we continue to expand in Spain, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help build and grow our presence in the Zaragoza region.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and making things happen.

The role:

You will be responsible for identifying suitable housing opportunities, developing relationships with relevant stakeholders and turning opportunities into business.

You will work closely with the Kassoe Housing team, including colleagues who will spend significant time on the ground in Zaragoza, giving you strong support while you learn our processes and way of working.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Zaragoza and the surrounding area.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, property owners, landlords and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and source suitable properties and housing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong local network.
• Proactively contact potential partners and property owners.
• Visit and assess potential properties.
• Manage leads and opportunities from initial contact through to agreement.
• Support negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Ensure a high level of service and attention to quality.
• Maintain accurate records and follow opportunities through.
• Represent Kassoe Housing professionally in the local market.

Property industry experience – A major plus

Previous experience in real estate, property, housing, sales or business development is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.

An existing network of real estate agents, developers, property owners or landlords would be particularly valuable and could give you a significant head start.

However, we are also open to candidates from other backgrounds who have the right personality, sales mindset, organisation and willingness to learn.

English \& Communication:

Business-level English is required.

You will work with international colleagues and clients, so you must be comfortable communicating professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your CV and application must be submitted in English, and all interviews will be conducted in English.

Spanish is essential for building strong relationships in the local market.

Salary: €35,000–€50,000 base salary + commission.
