Job Overview

The Hotel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the hotel website.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Education and Experience

Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and market research.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position offers a starting base salary of RM3,000 - RM5,000 (Depends On Experience) plus benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
