We are looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Marketing \& Content Executive to drive our digital growth, elevate our brand presence, and support our physical showroom experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content \& Social Media: Manage and grow our presence across major digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). Plan and produce engaging product styling content, short-form lifestyle videos, and aesthetic showroom walkthroughs.
- New Channel Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and pilot new digital channels to expand our market reach. This includes initiating new e-commerce storefronts and testing alternative social platforms to capture fresh audience segments.
- Portfolio Documentation: Visit residential and commercial design project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of completed installations for our professional archive.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing physical retail pop-ups, seasonal brand activities, and exclusive networking events tailored for interior designers and VIP clients.
- E-Commerce \& Digital Updates: Maintain our primary e-commerce website by updating new product listings, pricing, and promotional banners. Monitor digital metrics to report on audience engagement.
- Design \& Merchandising: Produce creative graphic layouts for corporate presentation decks, event banners, and promotional collateral. Assist with seasonal corporate gifting initiatives and physical showroom visual merchandising.
- Showroom Operations Support: Work collaboratively with the team on operational initiatives, including physical event setups and assisting with periodic physical stock counts.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, or Premium/Luxury Retail. (No prior experience in furniture sales is required; we provide comprehensive training).
- Aesthetic Eye \& Passion: A genuine interest and passion for interior design, architecture, and the minimalist Scandinavian lifestyle aesthetic.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in mobile videography, photography, and short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut). Practical experience using design software like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of formatting, creative trends, and audience dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Core Soft Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, proactive team attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally for site/project shoots and work flexible hours during designated event setups or inventory days.
