Dr BK Group is a leading name in medical aesthetics, founded by Dr Bob Khanna, an internationally recognised clinician and educator. Our work spans Dr BK Clinic, our patient-facing aesthetics practice, and the Training Institute, delivering advanced aesthetic training to medical professionals worldwide. We’re a small, fast-moving marketing team, and this is a chance to make a visible difference across two established and growing brands.

The role

We’re looking for a creative and well-organised Marketing Executive (Content) to own day-to-day content delivery across the Clinic and the Training Institute. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll turn plans into published, on-brand content, and help promote our growing range of professional training courses.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys owning their work end to end, writing for two distinct brands, and seeing content go live.

What you’ll do

  • Produce and publish content across both brands - copy, email, social and web - to our content calendar.
  • Support marketing for the Training Institute, helping promote our growing range of professional courses.
  • Write for two distinct audiences - aesthetics patients and medical professionals - adapting tone and register for each.
  • Coordinate content assets for campaigns, shoots and partnerships.
  • Work closely with our clinical and founder team to ensure content is accurate, compliant and on-brand.
  • Run email marketing campaigns and report on performance.
  • Keep website content current and accurate.
  • Support our paid social and agency partners with assets and delivery.

What we’re looking for Essential

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on marketing experience across content, email and social.
  • A strong, versatile writer who can move confidently between different brand voices.
  • Highly organised and self-directing: comfortable owning a workload and delivering without close supervision.
  • A confident communicator who works well with colleagues across the business and adapts their style to different audiences.
  • Good judgement and professionalism, with discretion when handling sensitive information.

Desirable

  • Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, training/education or another regulated sector.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva etc
