Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, parent‑friendly individual to join our team as a Parent Engagement \& Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be the bridge between our preschool and parents – handling enrolment enquiries, conducting centre tours, converting leads into enrolments, and managing our social media presence. You will create engaging content (videos, posts, posters, event coverage) that showcases our learning environment and activities. This role is perfect for someone with a teaching background who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and connecting with families.
Key Responsibilities1. Enrolment \& Parent Engagement (≈50%)
- Respond promptly to parent enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk‑ins.
- Conduct personalised centre tours for prospective parents, explaining our philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.
- Advise parents on suitable programmes based on child’s age and needs.
- Prepare enrolment documents and coordinate with admin for smooth onboarding.
- Track enquiry‑to‑enrolment conversion rates and submit weekly reports.
- Meet monthly enrolment targets (commission available).
2. Social Media \& Content Creation (≈40%)
- Plan, shoot, and edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) showcasing classroom activities, events, and parent testimonials.
- Design engaging posts, posters, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, and 小红书 (if applicable).
- Cover centre events (e.g., open houses, graduations, festive celebrations) – take photos/videos and publish highlight reels.
- Manage content calendar: schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, track engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to capture authentic “day in the life” content.
3. Marketing Support (≈10%)
- Create simple promotional materials – posters, flyers, WhatsApp broadcast messages.
- Provide basic analytics – reach, views, enquiries generated from social media.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Diploma/Degree in any field (Early Childhood, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related preferred but not mandatory).
- Language \& Communication: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively engage with Mandarin‑speaking parents. English proficiency is also required for internal coordination.
- Experience: 1+ year in any of: teaching, customer service, sales, social media management, or content creation. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome. Prior experience in education, early childhood, or a customer‑facing sales role is highly preferred. Candidates with a parenting background or a natural affinity for connecting with families will find the role especially fulfilling.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and empathetic; able to build trust with parents and genuinely enjoy interacting with children.
- Self‑starter: Comfortable working with flexibility—your schedule will centre around parent appointments and walk‑ins rather than a fixed 9‑to‑6 routine.
- Mobility: Willing to travel among our 3 centres (locations to be provided) and able to report to any centre on a given day based on where parent traffic is expected.
Working Hours \& Arrangements
- No fixed office hours; work schedule is determined by parent enquiry patterns, tour bookings, and walk‑in timings.
- Typical busy periods include weekday mornings, late afternoons, and weekends. You will coordinate with the Branch Leader to ensure coverage across centres.
- A valid means of transportation and the ability to move between locations is essential.
