Job Description

This role involves developing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing customer communications and enquiries, and optimising the company's online presence to drive bookings and sales. You will work with analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 30 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing and the company website
  • Manage customer enquiries and communications, supporting the conversion of enquiries into bookings
  • Maintain and optimise the company's CRM and customer database
  • Assist with the development, launch and promotion of new tourism products and experiences
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Optimise the company's online shop to improve sales performance, customer experience and conversion
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
  • Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve business performance
  • Support the planning and optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

About you

  • Bachelor's degree (NZQF Level 7 or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a closely related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns

Pay: $35.00 per hour
