Preowned Luxuries is a leading luxury watch and jewellery specialist based in the heart of Hatton Garden, London. We buy, sell, trade and source luxury watches, fine jewellery, diamonds, gold and designer items from some of the world's most prestigious brands.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented, creative and ambitious Marketing \& Content Manager to take ownership of our social media presence, content creation, product photography and marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury products, digital marketing and content creation, and wants to play a key role in growing an established luxury brand.

The Role

As our Marketing \& Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, photograph and film luxury products, maintain website listings and help drive enquiries and sales through effective marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role where creativity, organisation and attention to detail are essential.

You will be expected to take ownership of our marketing strategy and work closely with management to continue building the Preowned Luxuries brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage and grow multiple company social media accounts.
• Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Eurostaffs and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain content calendars.
• Monitor messages, comments and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms.
• Identify trends, opportunities and new content ideas.
• Increase audience engagement, followers and brand awareness.

Content Creation

• Plan, film and edit engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Produce educational, entertaining and sales-focused content.
• Develop content showcasing luxury watches, jewellery, diamonds and customer success stories.
• Assist with content planning and campaign execution.

Product Photography \& Videography

• Photograph luxury watches, jewellery, diamonds and designer items for website listings.
• Produce professional product videos highlighting features, condition and craftsmanship.
• Edit images and videos for website, social media and marketing use.
• Ensure all photography and videography meets company brand standards.
• Capture showroom, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content.
• Organise and maintain digital media assets.

Website \& Product Listings

• Upload products to the company website.
• Create compelling and accurate product descriptions.
• Ensure product specifications, pricing and imagery are correct.
• Maintain and update website listings.
• Assist with website content and SEO improvements.
• Monitor product listings and ensure sold items are updated promptly.

Marketing \& Business Growth

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Generate enquiries, leads and showroom appointments.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Work alongside management to develop new marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase online visibility and customer engagement.
• Support influencer collaborations, partnerships and promotional activities.

Reporting \& Performance Analysis

• Track and report on social media growth and performance.
• Monitor engagement, enquiries and lead generation.
• Produce monthly reports and recommendations.
• Analyse competitor activity and industry trends.

Skills \& ExperienceEssential

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social media, marketing, content creation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs and YouTube.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using smartphones and cameras for content creation.

Desirable

• Experience within luxury watches, jewellery, fashion or luxury goods.
• Experience with SEO and website content management.
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Experience working with Shopify, WordPress or other e-commerce platforms.

Additional Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Must be able to reliably commute to our Hatton Garden office.
• Must be comfortable appearing in videos and assisting with content creation when required.
• A passion for luxury watches, jewellery and luxury goods is highly desirable.
• Occasional attendance at events, trade shows, client meetings and content shoots may be required.
• Must be confident using social media platforms for business purposes.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Hatton Garden office.

The successful candidate will be employed under a permanent contract and will be subject to a 3-month probationary period. During this period, performance, attendance, professionalism and suitability for the role will be assessed.

Following successful completion of the probationary period, employment will continue on a permanent basis.

Due to the time and investment involved in training and developing the successful candidate, we are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career opportunity and can demonstrate a genuine commitment to growing with the business.
