Key Responsibilities
Marketing \& Brand Promotion
● Develop and execute a monthly marketing calendar covering products, seasonal collections, and special occasions.
● Coordinate social media content, product photography, videos, and promotional campaigns.
● Work with designers, photographers, and content creators to maintain consistent brand quality.
● Monitor campaign results and recommend improvements that increase enquiries and sales.
Business Development \& Partnerships
● Identify and approach corporate clients, government entities, wedding suppliers, event planners, and hospitality businesses.
● Present Mimis Cakes’ products and services, including customized cakes, dessert tables, corporate gifts, and seasonal collections.
● Prepare proposals and quotations with the sales and operations teams.
● Follow up on enquiries, samples, meetings, and quotations to secure confirmed orders.
● Build lasting client relationships and generate repeat business.
● Maintain an updated record of prospects, opportunities, confirmed orders, and follow-up actions.
Event Coordination
● Collect and document client requirements, including quantities, designs, budgets, venue details, and delivery times.
● Coordinate confirmed orders with the showroom sales team, kitchen supervisors, production teams, and drivers.
● Ensure client commitments are approved for pricing, production capacity, and delivery feasibility.
● Track order progress, communicate changes, and oversee setup when required.
● Gather client feedback after events and resolve concerns with the relevant team.
● Ensure all bookings and client updates are recorded and shared with the responsible sales team.
Product \& Market Research
● Research trends in cakes, desserts, gifting, packaging, and event presentation.
● Suggest new product and packaging concepts for Ramadan, Eid, Garangao, weddings, and corporate occasions.
● Coordinate samples and supplier enquiries, and assess ideas with management for cost, practicality, and customer appeal.
Qualifications \& Skills
● At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or event coordination.
● Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, gifting, or events is preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
● Excellent organization and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
● Familiarity with social media, Canva, and basic marketing reporting.
● Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
● Knowledge of the Qatar market and relevant industry contacts is preferred.
● Ability to attend client meetings and events; a Qatar driving licence is preferred.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
