We are looking for a Senior Manager - Market Strategy and Planning with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with others.

This role reports to the Brand Director.
How success looks like
- Successful delivery of the business' critical metrics
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business’ promotional plan and selling presentation
- Understand existing solutions that the business offers and able to articulate these well to all partners
- Achieve solid category understanding
- Achieve high customer penetration
- Capable of starting strategic projects to drive sales growth and efficiencies
- Support business champions in business process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
- Collaborating with multi-functional and markets (Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Malaysia/Singapore/Australia/Philippines) to develop strategies and plans
- Manage weekly operations with markets distributor teams, through weekly ops/planning tracking and ensuring sell through in line with targets
- Provide back key monthly performance review and key interventions to be taken to leadership, working with market teams.
- Manage overall Sales budget (Promotion, Trade Samples, Distributor support etc.) with proper tracking and deployment according to strategic big bets
- Create promo strategies in line with global promotion guidance and share with distributor teams. Review all promo proposals and will be the point of approval for the market distributor teams.
- Submit and control briefs and CPS for all renovations and counter openings. Lead and deploy.
Job Qualifications
- Proven successful track record at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) the shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution
- Knowledge in luxury skincare preferred
- Experience in working with retailers & consumers based in the ASEAN region
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes
- Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution to reflect in future planning.
- Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and optimally to external and internal stakeholders.
