Job Title: Market Analyst – Real Estate

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, property data, competitor activities, and investment opportunities to support strategic business decisions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends, pricing, and demand.
• Monitor competitor activities, new project launches, and market movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports.
• Collect and interpret property data to identify investment opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and market conditions to support business strategies.
• Develop comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
• Present research findings and recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate databases and market intelligence reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide market insights.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations, economic trends, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Power BI skills mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience as a Market Analyst, Research Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent research, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems and market research tools.
• Knowledge of real estate KPIs and investment analysis.
• Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
