Job Description

Our company is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about digital marketing and social media. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the retail and manufacturing industry and enjoy developing innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos aligned with the company's brand identity.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media platforms by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages when required.
  • Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools, and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the company website and digital assets when required.
  • Utilize data forensics and marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Eurostaffs, and YouTube.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with platforms such as Taboola is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic photo/video editing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Knowledge of Data Forensics and digital campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Perform any other duties and additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager or management team.
