Marble Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marble Supervisor to oversee all on-site marble-related activities, including planning, workforce coordination, material and tool management, and site measurements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE construction/marble industry and preferably possess a background in marble factory operations.

Key Responsiblie:

• Site Planning \& Execution:
• Oversee site preparation, daily planning, and workflow execution
• Coordinate marble installation work as per project schedules
• Ensure all activities meet safety and quality standards
• Manpower Planning \& Supervision:
• Allocate work to marble workers and subcontractors
• Monitor labor productivity and manage workers’ attendance
• Maintain and update workers' timesheets regularly
• Material \& Tool Management:
• Arrange delivery and proper storage of materials and tools on-site
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for timely availability
• Manage tool issuance, maintenance, and return tracking
• Measurement \& Coordination:
• Collect accurate site measurements for production and installation
• Coordinate with the office team (draftsmen, project managers, factory)
• Ensure clear communication of site requirements and updates
• Sample \& Material Collection:
• Handle the collection and delivery of marble samples
• Liaise with suppliers and clients for material selection and approvals

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE marble industry
• Previous experience in marble/factory operations is a strong advantage
• In-depth knowledge of marble installation techniques and tools
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings and take accurate site measurements
• UAE driving license is mandatory

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
