Job’s mission
As a Customer Kit Management (CKM) Service Operations Lead / Principal Specialist, you will drive and optimize ASM’s CKM service operations across customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performance operation of critical semiconductor equipment.
You will take ownership of operational strategy, cross-regional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact fab productivity and customer satisfaction, contributing to technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing.
What you will be working on
Drive and facilitate daily/weekly/strategic reviews, providing insights, risk mitigation plans, and escalation management
Partner with Logistics/Warehouse, Field Service, Quality, and Value Engineering teams to proactively identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions * Lead initiatives to improve Turnaround Time (TaT), parts quality, on-time delivery, and supplier performance, including root cause analysis and corrective action programs * Define and implement process standardization, best practices, and governance frameworks across CKM operations
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and drive decision-making
