About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.

The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team and support our maintenance work dispatch levels of service, job management, crash damage cost recovery, and overall team administrative function.

What you will be doing:

As Maintenance Administrator, you will streamline our workflow to ensure efficient maintenance dispatch and promote good quality data management. You will also:

• Champion maintenance dispatch outcomes and maintain accurate delivery data.
• Monitor dispatch progress and support job triaging and assignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide maintenance updates and support delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of key processes and workflows.
• Lead asset damage cost recovery, including claims management, cost tracking, and risk monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the wider delivery team.

About You:

As our Maintenance Administrator, you will have strong administrative experience, managing complex tasks preferably within maintenance/construction or a similar environment. You will also have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in office administration or accounts.
• Good all-round skills including written and spoken English and mathematics.
• Proven organisational and general computing skills (i.e., Cloud-based database, Microsoft Suites)
• Proven experience working in collaborative environment to achieve a collective goal
• Ability to work with empathy in challenging conversations and situations
