Job Summary

Hassaan Al-Alosy Co. is seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate transportation and deliveries, and ensure the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.
• Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, customers, and project locations.
• Plan delivery schedules and assign vehicles and drivers efficiently.
• Monitor shipments and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, inventory movements, and transportation activities.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and transportation costs.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
• Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and operational problems promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management.
• Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise logistics staff and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement improvements to logistics processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Knowledge of local transportation and safety regulations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing drivers, delivery teams, and logistics personnel.
• Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle tracking systems.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management software.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring logistics costs and performance.

Compensation
